These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Alarm Clock : Wake Up & Timer mobile application (the "App") operated by us ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Alarm Clock : Wake Up & Timer provides alarm, clock, timer, stopwatch, world-clock, reminder, and related utility features.
The App is intended for personal and lawful use. You agree to use the App only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.
You must not:
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying systems.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where permitted by applicable law.
Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.
Attempt to bypass security, technical restrictions, or usage limitations implemented in the App.
2. Alarm and Reminder Functionality
The App provides alarm and reminder functionality intended to help you manage scheduled times and notifications.
You acknowledge that alarm functionality may depend on:
Device settings
Operating-system behavior
Battery-saving or power-management settings
Notification permissions
Alarm permissions
Do Not Disturb settings
Device volume and sound settings
Manufacturer-specific restrictions
Background activity restrictions
Device restart or system updates
Other technical conditions outside our control
We do not guarantee that every alarm, timer, reminder, notification, or alert will operate without interruption or delay.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device is appropriately configured and that important alarms or reminders are not relied upon as the sole method of notification.
3. No Guarantee for Critical or Emergency Use
The App is designed as a general-purpose alarm and time-management utility.
You should not rely exclusively on the App for:
Medical or health-related reminders
Emergency notifications
Safety-critical activities
Medication schedules
Professional or industrial operations
Any situation where failure of an alarm or notification could result in injury, loss, or damage
For important or safety-critical situations, you should use appropriate alternative or backup systems.
4. Clock, Timer and Stopwatch Accuracy
The App provides clock, timer, stopwatch, and related time-based functionality.
Although we aim to provide reliable functionality, the accuracy and availability of these features may be affected by the device operating system, hardware, system clock, background restrictions, power-saving features, or other technical conditions.
We do not guarantee that the App will always provide perfectly accurate timing under every circumstance.
5. User Settings and Responsibility
You are responsible for configuring the App according to your preferences, including:
Alarm times
Repeating schedules
Snooze settings
Alarm sounds
Vibration settings
Timer settings
World-clock selections
Notification permissions
Other application settings
You are also responsible for ensuring that your device has sufficient battery power and that relevant system permissions and settings allow the App to function properly.
6. Permissions and Device Features
Certain App features may require access to Android device capabilities and permissions.
These may include notifications, vibration, exact alarms, wake locks, foreground services, phone-state information, network connectivity, location, Bluetooth, and other system functionality.
You may deny or revoke certain permissions through your device settings. However, doing so may prevent some features of the App from functioning correctly.
7. Advertisements and Third-Party Services
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising providers, including Google AdMob.
The App may also use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, consent management, technical functionality, and other purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services operate independently and may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, policies, products, or services provided by third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, interface, graphics, icons, text, logos, features, and other content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unless expressly permitted by applicable law or with our written permission, you may not:
Copy or reproduce the App or its content.
Modify or create derivative works.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual-property rights in the App.
9. User-Generated Settings and Content
The App may allow you to create or configure alarms, labels, schedules, timer settings, and other application preferences.
You remain responsible for the information and configurations you enter into the App.
You agree not to use any available input or functionality to create unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
10. App Availability and Updates
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue some or all features of the App at any time.
Updates may be required to maintain compatibility, security, performance, or functionality.
We do not guarantee that the App or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or compatible with every Android device or operating-system version.
We may also release updates that change, improve, add, or remove features.
11. Device and Data Loss
You understand that uninstalling the App, clearing application data, resetting your device, changing devices, or certain operating-system actions may result in the loss of locally stored alarm, timer, clock, or application settings.
You are responsible for maintaining any information or configuration that you consider important.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss of locally stored application data resulting from actions outside our reasonable control.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available or uninterrupted.
The App will be completely error-free.
All alarms, timers, reminders, or notifications will always operate successfully.
The App will work on every device or Android version.
The App will meet all of your individual requirements.
Defects or errors will always be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
This may include, where permitted by law, losses resulting from:
Missed alarms or reminders
Missed notifications
Device or system failures
Loss of application settings or data
Interruptions in service
Third-party services
Device configuration or permission restrictions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
15. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and processed.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.
16. Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should continue to apply may remain effective, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable legal obligations.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms.
Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
